12-Week Program
Objectives
This 12-week Ceramic Tile Setter Program is designed to expose the student to the various aspects of the ceramic industry. Upon
completion of their program, students should have the necessary skills and knowledge to enter the labour force. The course
consists of both "hands-on" and theory components of safety tools, materials and installation techniques for both commercial
and residential application. Courses in blueprint reading, estimating, mathematics and communications are included to give
the student a well-rounded education. "On the job training," where students experience job-site conditions and situations are
an integral part of the training.
